Paducah Verdes are our sex-linked green/olive eggers. They should mature to a standard size. They should lay eggs in various shades of green and olive. There is a small chance that you will get a brown egg layer, but this is fairly uncommon. These are a hybrid breed and as such will not breed true (their offspring will not sex-link), and there can be a wide variety of leg colors and comb types. Hens should be dominantly black feathered at maturity while roosters will be barred feathered. While we do not disclose what breeds we use to create our designer breeds as that is considered proprietary knowledege, we do ensure that we use the highest quality, healthiest, best representations of each breed possible!
